The treatment menu

Six things, done properly.

We would rather do six treatments excellently than forty adequately. Each page below includes prices, what's included, and a section most med spas would never print: what the treatment can't do.

from $12/unit

Botox® & Dysport®

Softened lines with your full range of expression intact. Dosed conservatively, mapped to your face, never to a template.

Botox and Dysport are the most requested treatments in this studio, and the ones most often done badly elsewhere. The frozen forehead, the arched "surprised" brow, the smile that stops below the eyes — that is not a product problem. It is a dosing and placement problem.

Dermal fillers

Lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline — restored, not inflated. Good filler is invisible; you should look rested, not done.

Filler has a reputation problem, and it earned it. Everyone can picture the overfilled face — the shelf-like cheeks, the lips that arrive before the person does. That look comes from chasing volume instead of structure, and from injectors who never learned to say "that's enough."

from $325

Microneedling + PRP

Collagen the honest way. Texture, acne scarring, and tone — built over a series, with your own platelets doing the heavy lifting.

Microneedling is one of the few treatments in aesthetics where the science is boring and solid: controlled micro-injuries prompt your skin to rebuild with fresh collagen. No filler, no toxin — your own repair response, pointed in the right direction.

Laser & IPL

Sun damage, redness, and uneven tone — treated with light, matched carefully to your skin. Charleston sun is our most reliable referral source.

Twenty years of Lowcountry summers leave a signature: brown spots across the cheekbones, a flush that no longer fades, tone that reads five years older than your skin actually is. Light-based treatments are the right tool for exactly this — IPL for pigment and redness, laser for more targeted correction.

HydraFacial® & clinical facials

The workhorse, not the fluff. Deep cleansing, gentle resurfacing, and real extraction — skin that behaves better, not just a nice hour.

A clinical facial is not a spa day with cucumber water. It is maintenance for your skin done by someone with medical oversight and better tools: proper extraction, gentle chemical exfoliation, and serums chosen for your skin rather than whatever smells nicest.

Chemical peels

Graded depth, guided recovery. From no-downtime brighteners to medium-depth resurfacing — matched to your skin and your calendar.

Peels are the oldest tool in aesthetics because they work: a measured acid solution clears damaged surface layers so newer skin can take their place. The craft is in the grading. The right peel at the right depth at the right time of year, with recovery you were honestly told about beforehand.
