Kiawah clients split between year-round residents and the seasonal migration, and we plan around both. Fall and spring bring the golf calendar; several clients book their treatments the week after member-guest, every year, like clockwork.

The Kiawah signature is sun plus salt air plus golf — pigment on the cheekbones and hands, squint lines, weathering that arrives a decade early and reads as "tired" rather than "tan." Our off-season IPL series exists nearly custom-built for this. It is under an hour up Maybank; residents make a proper morning of it, and we time appointments so you beat the beach traffic home.
