Elise Tran, NP-C — founder & lead injector
Elise Tran spent her first years as a nurse practitioner injecting in dermatology offices — good ones, busy ones — and kept noticing the same thing. The patients who looked best year after year were the ones who'd been treated least aggressively. The unhappy ones had rarely been told no by anyone holding a syringe.
In 2017 she took a lease on King Street, hung her certificate in a two-room studio, and wrote one rule into the business before the paint dried: we turn away work that won't age well. Nine years on, that rule has cost real revenue and built something rarer — a client book that runs on referrals from people whose friends can't figure out what changed.
Elise is board-certified (NP-C), Allergan-trained, and treats every client herself. There is no injector-of-the-day here, no trainee you didn't consent to, and no membership pitch at the desk on your way out.

Medical direction
A physician behind every protocol.
Solene operates under the medical direction of Dr. Anne Whitfield, MD. She reviews our treatment protocols, consults on complex cases, and is on call for anything clinical — the infrastructure aesthetic medicine should always have and often doesn't.
Every product in the studio is FDA-approved and purchased directly from the manufacturer. We keep hyaluronidase — the filler dissolver — on-site at all times. Not because we expect to need it, but because a studio that works with filler and doesn't stock it is cutting a corner you can't see.

The space
Two rooms. No waiting room churn.
The studio occupies the second floor of a King Street building older than the state of South Dakota — heart-pine floors, whitewashed brick, tall steel-framed windows, and light that photographers would charge for. We kept it to two treatment rooms deliberately. Appointments don't stack, you never share the studio with a crowd, and nobody is hurrying your consultation because the schedule is double-booked.
By appointment only, Tu–F 9–6 · Sa 9–2. Walk-ins get a warm hello and the booking link — it's not ceremony, it's how the calm is manufactured.

Under-treat, then reassess
Every plan starts conservative. Two weeks later we look together, and add only if the mirror says so. Adding is easy; subtracting is a season of your life.
Say no early
If a request won't age well — too much volume, the wrong treatment for the actual concern — we decline at the consultation, kindly and for free, not after the deposit.
No product on a pedestal
We carry what works and skip the rest. Boosters, add-ons, and series are explained in plain English with prices before anything touches the bill.
