What we collect

When you submit our booking or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, and any message you include. Our website host also collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in server logs.

If you become a client, your medical history, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical photographs are collected in the course of care. These are medical records, handled under stricter rules than website data — see below.

How we use it

Form submissions are used for one purpose: contacting you about the appointment or question you asked about. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Aggregated, anonymous website analytics may be used to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, which are ignored — so we can improve it.

Medical records

Client treatment records are maintained as confidential medical records under applicable federal and South Carolina law. They are accessible only to our clinical staff and medical director, stored in a secure records system separate from this website, and never used in marketing without your separate, written, revocable consent. Clinical photographs are never posted publicly without that same written consent.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal analytics to measure visits and page views. We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking anything important on this site.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see the contact information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (medical records are subject to legally required retention periods and cannot always be deleted on request). Write to us at hello@soleneaesthetics.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. We will not quietly reduce your protections.
