Fair questions
Ask us anything. People do.
The ten questions every consultation starts with, answered the way we'd answer them in the chair. Anything else — (843) 555-0112 or the booking form.
Yes, and it is a real appointment, not a sales pitch with a clipboard. Thirty minutes with Elise: your face, your history, your goals, and an honest plan — which sometimes is "nothing yet, come back in two years." Roughly one in five consultations ends without us recommending any treatment at all. We consider those successes.
Elise Tran, NP-C — a board-certified nurse practitioner with twelve years of injecting, Allergan-trained, working under the medical direction of Dr. Anne Whitfield, MD. No rotating cast, no "injector of the day." The person who maps your face is the person who treats it, this visit and next visit.
Dr. Whitfield oversees our protocols, reviews complex cases, and is on call for anything clinical. Every product we use is FDA-approved and sourced directly from the manufacturer — never imported, never discounted through a gray market. It is the medical infrastructure a needle deserves.
It is the founding rule of the studio: we turn away work that won't age well. Elise has said no to lips, cheeks, and third syringes more times than she can count. Under-treating is correctable in two weeks; over-treating can take a year to walk back. Every incentive here is aimed at you looking natural.
Neurotoxin from $12 per unit. Filler from $650 per syringe. Microneedling from $325, laser and IPL from $275, HydraFacials from $195, peels from $175. Exact numbers depend on your plan, which you will approve in writing before anything begins — no surprise line items, ever.
No. There is no membership desk pitch here and never will be. Series pricing exists for treatments that genuinely work as a series (microneedling, IPL, peels), quoted when it applies. If someone tries to sell you a year of anything before they've examined your skin, be suspicious — there and anywhere.
Two to three weeks for weekday appointments; Saturdays go a month out. Treating for an event? Work backward: neurotoxin needs two weeks to settle, filler needs two to four for swelling to fully resolve, and we will not place filler within two weeks of your big day.
Less than you fear, and we never pretend otherwise. Neurotoxin is quick pinches. Filler is done with numbing cream and lidocaine-mixed product. Microneedling is properly numbed. IPL is rubber-band snaps. You will always know exactly what a treatment feels like before you decide to have it.
Talk to us — first, and honestly. Neurotoxin softens on its own in months and is adjustable at the two-week check. HA filler can be dissolved, and we keep dissolver on-site. What we will not do is stack more product on a result you are unhappy with. Results vary, and managing that truthfully is part of the job.
Routinely — about one client in six is a man, most commonly for frown lines, crow's feet, and masseter work for jaw clenching. The approach is identical: conservative dosing, natural movement, nobody needs to know.
